Custom embroidered hats and caps are more popular than ever.

Crooked Brook is not a custom hat or cap company; it is a label used by the atelier division of our art studio.

Our shop is a full-service apparel design, pattern making, sample making, and small lot production atelier.

In addition, we offer custom embroidery, appliqué and tackle twill. Embroidery is the method we use to customize hats and caps with your logo, design or monogram.
 

A few things to keep in mind when ordering a custom embroidered hat;

• The hat and the complexity of the embroidered logo or design will determine the price, and whether or not there is a minimum.

• Logos, text, or graphics must be no larger than 4.5" wide x 2" tall.

• Any text must be NO SMALLER than 1/4" tall in order to be embroidered legibly.

• Logos, designs or monograms may be embroidered on the front, back and/or side panels.
